Banyak sekali bahan makanan yang bisa diolah untuk menu sarapan. Untuk sarapan, paling disarankan mengonsumsi makanan sehat, seperti buah-buahan.

Gunakan saja buah pisang, antara pisang kepok, pisang raja, atau pisang nangka. Pisang memiliki tekstur lembut serta rasa manis alami. Cara mengolahnya, kupas kulit pisang lalu potong memanjang. Olesi dengan minyak zaitun kemudian masak, bisa dikukus, rebus, atau panggang. Pemakaian minyak zaitun bertujuan agar rasa pisang tidak getir.

Bila dimasak, lumuri pisang dengan madu yang memiliki rasa manis alami. Madu pun dipercaya sangat baik untuk kesehatan dan daya tahan tubuh.

Kalau biasanya membuat menu sarapan seperti itu, aku masak dengan oven dan gak perlu lama-lama cukup 5 menit saja. Makan buat dipagi hari memang menyehatkan dan sudah dibuktikan oleh ilmuwan sedunia dari berbagai negara-negara maju dan sarapan pagi dengan mengkonsumsi buah-buahan sudah dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW sejak 1400+ tahun yang lalu.
