- The mirror-less E-P2 has 12.3 megapixel resolution using a sensor that's 8 times larger than most point-and-shoot cameras (meaning improved image quality), accepts a wide variety of interchangeable lenses and it's only slightly larger than a point-and-shoot (4.74 x 2.75 x 1.37"/12 x 7 x 3.5 cm, weighing just 11.1 oz/335g). This special edition has a black camera body, black 17mm lens and black FL-14 flash.
- The included lightweight 17mm f/2.8 M. Zuiko Digital lens is equivalent to a 34mm lens in the 35mm format. The included FL-14 dedicated flash attaches to the camera's hot-shoe and operates in TTL-Auto, Auto, and Manual modes, with a guide number of 14.
- HD video at 720p resolution is just part of the E-P2's arsenal of high-quality features (there's an accessory port which can be used for an optional microphone to record superb sound with the HD video, or for an optional electronic viewfinder (EVF)), and tracking autofocus in both still and movie modes locks onto your subject and keeps it in focus even when it's moving.
- A few highlights: 8 Art filters for dramatic effect, including Diorama, which gives your image the look of miniatures, and Cross Process, which changes the color and contrast of the subject for a surrealistic look; an in-camera image stabilization system that compensates for up to four shutter speed steps with any of the system's interchangeable lenses (helping to prevent blurry pictures in low light); 19 automatic scene modes that automatically set optimal settings for specific commonly photographed scenes (such as Night-Scene, Portrait, Landscape, etc.); iEnhance shooting mode that tweaks image color to emphasize the main subject; and a dust reduction system for spot-free images.
