- SuperCare must be purchased and activated within 90 days from the product purchase date, documented by an invoice or sales receipt and copy sent to Acer.
- To purchase SuperCare after 90 days, customer must send in product to Acer Care for a product inspection at an additional fee.
- For Acer products covered by 3 years local limited warranty, owners of the Acer Products are eligible to purchase Super On-site discounted rate without having to buy Acer SuperCare Extended Warranty.
- The SuperCare service excludes theft, loss, intentional damage and damage due to fire or natural disaster.
- Not valid for Batteries & Projector Bulbs (Default for 1 Year warranty for batteries & 90 days for projector bulbs)
